SKULL XDCC

This is the successor of sunxdcc and it's awesome.
Don't worry, I'll keep up sunxdcc for quite some time to make the transition as smooth as possible for you (also because skull isn't quite stable, I'm working on it, ok? 🤗).
Most notable about it is that it's more up to date. Let me know what you think.
